Quilting 101-Beginner's Machine Piecing

Have you ever thought you'd like to learn how to put together fabulous quilts using your sewing machine?

In this class you will learn to rotary-cut your fabric pieces. Then, using current-day techniques, you'll be able to combine those pieces into quilt blocks. The class covers the how-to's for six different blocks. We will touch on color play in quilts so you will be able to select from today's beautiful fabrics. Quick tricks help us put blocks together that look complex, but aren't so difficult after all! Basic knowledge of your sewing machine is required to take this class. The instructor cannot pause the class to figure out your machine.

Besides the sampler quilt you will make in this class, you will be able to go forward and make other quilts using the blocks you have learned.
