Swirly Girls

The Swirly Girls are at it again, this time with a new book, Think Fast. Through secret channels we've managed to get our hands on one, and the good news is we're expecting more, any day now. Stop in and reserve your copy.

We're really excited to be getting the book so soon, because we were expecting to have to wait 'til after Quilt Market. How cool is it that we'll be the first shop, besides Susan's, to carry the Girls' new book?

More Swirly Girls news ... we're hosting a book signing at Kelly Ann's! Join us on Saturday, June 11, with Susan and Christine as they introduce their new book, Think Fast. The signing will run from 11 AM until 1 PM. Pick up your book now and start making any of the great quilts within. You'll have something to show Susan and Christine when you get your book signed!

New Gadget

Another new, fun gadget is coming ... the Slice Fabrique machine will soon make an appearance at Kelly Ann's. We're super-excited!

If you love to applique, but aren't that fond of tracing the patterns, then cutting out the shapes, this is the gadget for you.

Boobies Reach the Finish Line

We are excited to announce that Laurie and Dolores, our very own Quilting Boobies, completed the Avon 2-day Walk for Breast Cancer. They each raised more than $1800, did the walk, and paid dearly with feet full of blisters, but with very satisfied hearts.
